    Calling all talented children & grandparents!! Come and perform at the Southwest Focal Point Community Center! All grandparents must be registered members of the center to participate with their grandchild(ren).   1. Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks Show

    July 4, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Pines Recreation Center

    Celebrate the Fourth of July by attending the City of Pembroke Pines Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Show at the Pines Recreation Center Festival Grounds, 7400 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines on Saturday, July 4, 2015 from 6:00 until 9:00p.m. Admission and Parking are FREE! Festival Grounds open at 6:00pm. In addition we will have the Food Truck Roundups, FREE rides for children, a children’s area, a live band and also our spectacular Fireworks Show begins at 9:00p.m. NO coolers, pets or fireworks permitted. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs.

    The public is invited to enjoy, free of charge, the 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 28th , Symphony of the Americas Summerfest 2015, with James Brooks-Bruzzese, Artistic Director, featuring musicians and soloists from around the world, joined by musicians of the Symphony of the Americas. The concert held at the Susan B. Katz Theater, 17189 Sheridan Street.
