I wasn't driving during the time of the violation. What do I do?
Per state statute, a red light camera violation is issued to the registered owner of the vehicle - not the driver. If you were not driving at the time of the violation you may submit a Transfer of Liability affidavit for either the Notice of Violation (NOV) or Uniform Traffic Citation (UTC) at any time before the listed due date. You must provide the driver's full name, current address, and date of birth in order for the affidavit to be processed.

An affidavit can be obtained from the www.ViolationInfo.com website.
