All pools must have a '' barrier '' in the form of a fence or screened enclosure.

Lawn and Parking
|
If you want to cut down a tree you must first notify the City, fill out an application, and have the City's landscape inspector review your request. Call 435-6729.
City ordinance requires your lawn be maintained in a healthy growing condition. The accumulation of debris is prohibited. Structures must be painted and kept in good repair.
Parking of boats and recreational vehicles are permitted, providing they are parked in the rear yard, side yard, or on a paved surface. However, check with your Homeowners Association since some residential developments do not permit boats and RV's.
Note: There are two City owned and operated facilities for parking and
storing of boats and recreational vehicles.
