Do you have a small business in the City of Pembroke Pines? Have you ever thought about opening a small business in the City?

If so, the City's Economic Development Board invites you to attend three free seminars to help build your small business.

The free seminars will be hosted by the City of Pembroke Pines, in conjunction with the Florida Atlantic University’s Small Business Development Center and the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce. Topics for the seminars include: marketing your service business, business ownership and creation of a business plan.

The first seminar is titled: “Marketing Your Service Business”. The event is being held at the Pembroke Lakes County Club on Friday September 19th from 8 to 10am. The second seminar is titled: “Is Owning a Business Right for You?” The event is being held at the Southwest Focal Point Senior Center on Monday October 13th from 6 to 8pm. Refreshments will be available. The Southwest Focal Point Senior Center is located at 301 NW 103rd Avenue, Pembroke Pines. Call 954-432-9808 to register.

The third semester is titled: “Introduction to a Business Plan”. The event is being held at the Southwest Focal Point Senior Center on Wednesday November 5th from 6 to 8pm. Refreshments will be available. The Southwest Focal Point Senior Center is located at 301 NW 103rd Avenue, Pembroke Pines.
