The Board of Adjustment consists of five voting members and two alternates. The duties of the Board are:

  1. Hearing and deciding zoning variance requests from the City Zoning Code.
  2. Hearing and deciding zoning interpretations when a use is not included as permitted or prohibited.
  3. Hearing and deciding appeals of any decision made by an administrative official in the enforcement of any of the City zoning regulations.

The cost of a Zoning Variance Request Form, Zoning Interpretation , or an Appeal , is $250.00 for residential and $1600.00 for Commercial.

Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month.
