Census 2000 was conducted on April 1, 2000. Census questionnaires
were mailed to every resident the end of March 2000 and were mailed back to the
census bureau on April 1, 2000. For residents who did not mail back their
questionnaires by April 1, enumerators were sent out to
their residence to assist them in
filling out the questionnaire.
Two different questionnaires were mailed out, a short form and a long form. The

received the long form.
