The Development Review Committee (DRC) is made up of City and non-City members who review plans submitted to the Planning Division. The reviews are based upon City Code, County Code, and various standards adopted by the review agency. All review comments are provided to the applicant so that they may revise and submit their application for formal consideration by the Planning and Zoning Board and/or the City Commission.
