NOTICE OF INTENT

The Department of Community Affairs completed its review of the Pembroke Pines Comprehensive Plan Amendment DCA No. 08-FEFE1, adopted by Ordinance No. 1602 on February 6, 2008, and determined it meets the requirements of Chapter 163, Part II, F.S. for compliance as defined in Subsections 163.3184, 163.3187 and 163.3189, F.S.  See Notice of Intent.
