Service delivery sometimes goes unnoticed by the general public.  However, from effective police and fire safety and efficient garbage collection to well-maintained roads designed with well-timed traffic lights, these services are among the most important services city government offers to its citizens. 

In response to this notion, a new series of public service announcements (PSAs) launched by the Florida League of Cities, for use by Florida cities, illustrates how cities are vital to our state’s quality of life.

This series of video messages is intended to remind Floridians of all the ways cities, and the public services they provide, affect our daily lives.
