The IVR – Interactive Voice Response System is now available for use. Customers can now make a utility payment via credit card and e-check over the phone. This payment option is available in both English and Spanish. There is a convenience fee for payments using this option, and residents are advised of this before they proceed.

Residents can process a payment using a credit card - MasterCard, American Express and Discover or an electronic check.  Credit and debit payments will be charged a 2.6% convenience fee and electronic check payments will be charged $1.49.
