Please note that the document is in PDF format and in order to print it correctly, it must be printed from the Acrobat Reader application as indicated below and not from the "Print Function of the Browser".   Special Applications Artists may apply to more than one category; however, artists may submit only one set of slides or photos per category. If an artist wishes to apply in more than one category, a separate application form, jury fee, set of four (4) slides or four (4) photos and a business size (#10) self-addressed, stamped envelope for each category must be submitted. Please send all applications in one envelope.
