ENTRY PROCEDURES

• Please complete application and make check payable to the City of Pembroke Pines and mail original packet along with payment to:

• Submit 3 photos of your work and 1 photo of your outdoor display labeled with your name.
• Musicians must send 1 photo of your outdoor display and 1 CD or cassette of your music.
• Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your CD/and pictures. Please use proper postage.
• Submit 2 checks, one for mandatory Jury Fee and one for Booth Fee:

• Make checks payable to the City of Pembroke Pines.
• The Jury Fee is non-refundable. Jury Fees will be deposited upon receipt. Refunds of Booth fees will be given only if a written letter is received prior to the Jan 31st deadline.
• Artists will be notified of their acceptance via mail after the Jan 31st deadline.
• Artists approved after January 31 deadline will not be advertised in Festival booklet.

*Musicians, Jewelry, Plants and Fine Handcrafters are eligible for ribbons only

**Sculptured Jewelry will be entered
in the Sculptors category.
A portion of the proceeds of this event
will be used for public art projects
in the City of Pembroke Pines.
