Dean Matarangolo - Employee of the First
Quarter 2007
and Employee of the year 2007
Congratulations to
Dean Matarangolo who was voted Employee of the
First Quarter 2007. Dean has been employed with
the City for more than eleven years, which has
been with the Information Technology
Department. He has shown dedication towards the
job by willing to go beyond what is required of
him. For example, Dean will forgo personal
hours, outside from work, to help other
departments. Dean is one of few (IT) employees
that assist in three of four fields with
trustful confidence and without complaint. Dean
is committed to all his assignments and they are
done in the best interest of the City.
Dean’s patience and
respect for every individual he assists is
perhaps his most outstanding quality. Dean is
dependable and respectful, thus satisfying the
City is his mission.
Outside of work Dean
enjoys flag football and golfing. When asked
what the best part of the job, Dean simply
stated, “Having the opportunity to work with
everyone within the different departments.”
The City is proud to
have an employee as devoted as Dean. He is a
great asset to his department as well as the
City.
