Earl Rodney - Employee of the Second
Quarter 2007
Congratulations to
Earl Rodney who was voted Employee of the Second
Quarter. Earl has been employed with the City
for six years, which has been with the Finance
Department. He has shown dedication towards the
job by willing to go beyond what is required of
him to ensure that the task is done. Earl brings
heart and enthusiasm to his work. It feels like
more than just a job to him. He has saved the
City money by his attention to detail.
Earl’s patience and respect for every individual
he assists is perhaps his most outstanding
quality. Earl is dependable and respectful. His
humor and concerns about the City sets him apart
from the rest.
Outside of work Earl enjoys traveling, foreign
films, museums and nature. When asked what the
best part of the job is, he simply stated,
“Having the opportunity to work in my chosen
field of Accounting and Finance.”
The City is proud to have an employee as devoted
as Earl. He is a great asset to his department
as well as the City.
