Lilian DeLeon - Employee of the Fourth Quarter 2007
Congratulations to
Lilian DeLeon who was voted Employee of the
Fourth Quarter. Lilian has been employed with
the City for eight years, which has been with
the Human Resource Department. She is best
described by her fellow co-workers as exemplary,
always reliable, thorough, and hardworking.
Lilian knows and continually learns new fields
or aspects to the department. She is a team
player and is always willing to lend a helping
hand.
Outside of work, Lilian enjoys exercising, which
she runs three to four times a week and spending
quality time with her two boys, who are seven
and eighteen years of age. When asked what was
the best part of the job is, she stated “I like
that there is always something different
everyday, you never get bored.”
The City is proud to have an employee as devoted
as Lilian. She is a remarkable asset to her
department as well as the City.
