In every fairytale told there is a challenge to overcome, a villain to be slain, and a quest to be completed. But what if the challenge was to accept the villain that lay inside of all of us, and the quest was to bring the darkness in the villain to light to be transformed? Inspired by the dark side of reality, Deep in the Dark Forest explores the emotional and sociological influences that inspire artistic expression and bring the "shadow side", the darkness that resides within all of us to light. Please join us for the opening reception which will be on Friday, February 26 from 7-9pm at Studio 18 in the Pines, 1101 Poinciana Drive.
