  1. 4th Annual Bow Wow Ween

    October 8, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ Johnson Street Dog Park

    Prepare yourselves for a Paw-sitively good time! Your furry friends won’t be spooked this Halloween with this event catered just for them. The City of Pembroke Pines and Power Financial Credit Union invite you to join us at the 4th Annual Halloween Event for dogs. The bark-tacular event will take place at the Pembroke Pines Dog Park, 9751 Johnson Street (just east of Palm Avenue) Saturday, October 8, 2016 9:00am-1:00pm. The event will feature costume contest for all sizes and different categories, games, prizes, and pet related vendors. You and your best friend are guaranteed a Bark-takcular time. To enter contest please fill out the attached form and send back to Special Events Office. WALK INS WELCOME.   2. Ghoulish Guardians Pumpkin Carving Contest

    October 15, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ Pembroke Pines Community Garden

    Friends and Family are invited to carve out some fun during our annual Ghoulish Guardians Pumpkin Carving Contest on Saturday, October 15th, from 10am-1pm, at the Pembroke Pines Community Garden on Hiatus Road and Washington Street. Pumpkins will be provided to the first 50 participants (One pumpkin per family). Large groups are encourage to bring their own pumpkins. All pumpkins will be judged by specific age categories. The categories are as follows: 12 and under; 13-17; 18 and up; Special Needs -all ages. Stencils cannot be used in the contest. All carving must be done free-hand. Paints will be provided for the Special Needs participants.

  3. Jazz In the Pines Concert

    October 23, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ William B. Armstrong Dream Park

    Come enjoy a relaxing afternoon of jazz in the park with The City of Pembroke Pines FREE Jazz in the Pines Concert Series at William B. Armstrong Park, 1700 Dykes Rd. The concert is from 3-5pm. Free for participants. (weather permitting). Don't forget to bring your blankets and chairs! As always no pets at City Events.

  4. Concept to Creation Art Reception

    October 28, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Studio 18 in the Pines

    Please join the artists of Studio 18 in the Pines on Friday, October 28th from 7-9 pm, 1101 Poinciana Drive. Exhibition will feature fashion designs, sculptures, photography, glass, mixed media, acrylic and oil paintings. Light refreshments will be served.

    October 29, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Pines Recreation Center

    You will have a "FANG" tastic time with the family. Be part of our Costume Contest, Rides, Pumpkin Patch, Trick or Treat stations and many spooky holiday fun activities. Tickets required for children 17 and under. Tickets $2.00 each. Tickets go on sale at 4pm the day of the event and gates to event open at 6pm.
