City Center at Pembroke Pines embraces the New Urbanism concept of community design by creating a mixed-use, people-oriented center with a small town feel.

Although City Center’s design will encourage pedestrian uses, its Master Plan ensures ample parking for all.  Beautifully landscaped parking fields and garages will provide convenient parking for shoppers, Village employees and residential areas.

In support of regional transportation planning goals, City Center has been designed for easy access by the City of Pembroke Pines’ community buses.  This system will link City Center with major airports, beaches, and other municipalities through Tri-Rail and the Broward County Transit System, an attractive feature for elder citizens and visitors.

City Center’s distinctive pavilions, fountains and public spaces reflect our community’s keen interest in architecture and landscape design.  The Village’s 15-acre park will be linked to the residences and plaza area by attractive pedestrian walkways.
