123 million dollars to Pembroke Pines over 30 years
- Reduces traffic impact
in comparison to piecemeal development
- Provides funds to widen
Pines Boulevard
- Restores 30 acres of
wetlands and open space
Provides free
land for Civic Center and other City needs and amenities. |
