Admission Criteria

Seniors, 60 years of age or older, and their Caregivers in need of counseling (regardless of age) are welcome and encouraged to schedule appointments with the Counselor.

Clients assessed to be inappropriate for Center Counseling Services

Clients deemed inappropriate for Center Counseling Services are never turned away. They are referred to appropriate agencies within their area.

To schedule an appointment with the Counselor, one must first register with the Senior Center in the Information and Referral Department. Thereafter, a call to the Counselor at (954) 450-6888 between 8:30 and 4:30, Monday through Friday, is all that is needed. The Counselor schedules her appointments personally.
