If you are interested in the day care program, please call the day care Coordinator to set up an appointment for an interview. During the interview the day care Coordinator will determine if the day care program is appropriate. Some eligibility requirements are:

• 60 years of age or older
• Reside in Broward County
• Be in need of a protective environment during the day
• A medical form provided by the day care must be completed by your physician and will be renewed annually.
