To apply you must be 55 years of age or older, have an annual minimum income of $16,300 (one person) or $18,650 (couples), and be capable of independent living.

At the time of application submission, the following documentation will be required:

1. Verification of the date of birth (birth certificate, driver's license, State of Florida I.D. card, or passport).
2. Verification of income (documents that indicate your income - your tax return or yearly social security benefit statement - will be required.
3. You must sign a release form authorizing a credit check, and provide a processing fee of $15.00 to the City of Pembroke Pines. Payment will be accepted by cash, check, or money order. Please note that move-in expenses include a security deposit equal to two month's rent and the first month's rent.
