A valuable service available to seniors is the Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program otherwise known as EHEAP. This service is available to seniors 60 years or older with a FINAL NOTICE bill from FPL, who meet the low income requirements. Seniors, or families who reside with a senior who meet the eligibility requirements can have their bill paid for up to $200.00 per cooling or heating season.
