HOME CARE SERVICES

The S.W.F.P. is committed to providing community based services that strengthen an individuals’ ability to remain in their home with key supportive services. The senior center receives Federal OAA (Older American’s Act) funding which provides home health care services to eligible clients. Services include Personal Care assistance, Homemaker services, and Respite.

Clients are screened for eligibility by Broward County’s lead area agency, the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC). Upon meeting appropriate criteria, client is referred to SWFP for initiation of in-home services.
