INFORMATION & REFERRAL

The Social Services Division remains committed to enhancing community awareness and linking seniors to valuable resources and information. Our team provides confidential, targeted information and referrals for all new and existing registered clients. We work collaboratively with key community providers in order to ensure services are available and accessible to seniors.

Our staff includes a Social Worker and Information & Referral Specialist, who review client needs and make appropriate referrals. Information is provided to assist seniors in the areas of: housing, financial assistance, food, transportation, mental health, and other community services.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8:00a.m. to 5  –  5:00p.m. Please call (954)450-6888 to schedule an appointment.
