Proper nutrition is essential for optimum health. We encourage all our participants to follow a balanced diet and to drink plenty of fluids.

A balanced meal is served daily by Broward Meals on Wheels, which is a federally sponsored program for persons aged 60 and over. All day care clients are eligible to participate. The day care also offers toast and coffee or tea to all clients each morning.
