* All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
* A 'no-show' occurs if a client fails to call and cancel service before a driver arrives at the pick up address. Three consecutive no-shows will lead to a one-week suspension of service.
* Clients wishing to discontinue their service simply need to inform the Transportation office.
* Individuals who call to be transported outside of the service area, whether or not they are registered, are generally referred to other transportation agencies that we know can assist them.
VEHICULAR ACCOMMODATIONS
The City provides the vehicles utilized in transporting riders. Vehicles range from 18-passenger buses to 15-passenger vans. For the comfort and safety of all clients, vehicles are equipped with A/C, seatbelts, and a 2-way radio.
Sixty six (66%) percent of them are wheelchair accessible.
