There are a variety of Support Groups held at the Senior Center. The focus of the groups will vary as the needs of the Center clientele and community change.

Groups are held on a regularly scheduled basis. To attend a group session, one must register at the Center in the Information and Referral Department. Thereafter, the client may attend any group or seminar offered by the Counseling Department. Advance notification is not necessary.

The Counseling Department Schedule is posted in the Southwest Focal Point Senior Center Monthly Calendar, in local newspapers, and on a bulletin board located in the lobby of the Senior Center.
