The
services provided by the Pembroke Pines Fire Department include, but are not
limited to, fire suppression, fire prevention, building inspections and plan
review, fire investigations, public fire safety education, disaster management,
rescue, emergency medical services, hazardous materials initial response, and
response to other emergencies as needed. We
accomplish our objectives by taking the necessary steps to reduce the risk
associated with fires by taking measures to prevent the outbreak of fires, by
limiting the extent and severity of fires, by providing for the removal or
rescue of endangered persons, by controlling and extinguishing fires within our
jurisdiction, by delivering emergency medical services and by performing other
emergency response operations.
Our
organizational goal is to provide the aforementioned services in a timely and
cost effective manner with highest regard for quality. |
