Note:

* The deadline for scheduling inspection for the following business day is 5 PM.

* After scheduling inspections please print the confirmation number.

* You can not cancel inspections scheduled for today.

* You may substitute Job number or Application number for the Permit number.

* If you are an Owner/Builder, you may schedule inspections via the internet by entering your six digit
PIN number and the Permit number.  Your PIN number is located in the upper right-hand side of your
Permit Application listing (in bold print) which you received from the Building Department at permit
time.  Each permit has a unique PIN number.

* Your Contractor Code is a four digit number that was issued to you by the City of Pembroke Pines 
when you were set up in our computer system. If you no longer have your Contractor Code, you may
pick it up from the building department with proper identification or someone else may pick it up
for you with a notarized letter.
