The Open Inspection Report provides information about
mandatory inspections that have not been approved. If a mandatory inspection has
been approved it will not show up in this report. If a specific mandatory
inspection has not been given an approved status, the report will indicate the
status and the remarks associated with each PARTIAL or DENIED status. Some
inspection types are floor specific while others are not floor specific. The
floor number will appear when a separate inspection per floor is required. The
column titled REM refers to the remarks. A status of YES or NO in the remarks
column indicates whether or not there are remarks for a particular inspection.
This report contains other information regarding permit applications that have
not been issued and fees that have been charged and not paid. This report, if
applicable, contains information about the special inspector reports and
certification and other documents required under the heading of COP (Certificate
of Occupancy/Completion Package). If you have questions about this report please
