Pembroke Pines
Housing Division currently consists of two housing
developments in eastern Pembroke Pines and provides
affordable housing.
Pines Point
Senior Residences was built in 1997 and provides 190
affordable apartments to those 55 and older. The facility is located at
401/601 NW 103 Avenue, which is adjacent to the City’s
Southwest Focal Point Senior Center and is joined via a
connector to enable the residential clientele to easily
access the Center’s activities and services.
Pines Place
residences, the newest addition, was built in
2005 and is comprised of three buildings. The first
building was completed in April of 2005 and is located
at 8103 S. Palm Drive and consists of 208 affordable
apartments. The second building was completed in July
of 2005 and is located at 8210 Florida Drive and
consists of 186 affordable apartments. The third
building was completed in January of 2008 and is located
at 8203 S. Palm Drive and consists of 220 affordable
apartments. Pines Place provides affordable
rental apartments for all ages.
