 
AMENITIESPembroke Pines Senior Housing Division currently consists of two housing developments in eastern Pembroke Pines and provides affordable housing for those 55 years of age and older. Pines Point Senior Residences was built in 1997 and provides 190 affordable apartments. The facility is located at 401/601 NW 103 Avenue, which is adjacent to the City’s Southwest Focal Point Senior Center and is joined via a connector to enable the residential clientele to easily access the Center’s activities and services. Pines Place Senior Residences, the newest addition, was built in 2005 and is comprised of two buildings. The first building was completed in April of 2005 and is located at 8103 S. Palm Drive and consists of 208 affordable apartments. The second building was completed in July of 2005 and is located at 8210 Florida Drive and consists of 186 affordable apartments. The City of Pembroke Pines is currently constructing Tower III at Pines Place which will consist of 220 apartments. The estimated completion date for this project is February 2008.
