 
FLOOR PLANPembroke Pines Senior Housing Division currently consists of two housing developments in eastern Pembroke Pines and provides affordable housing for those 55 years of age and older. Pines Point Senior Residences was built in 1997 and provides 190 affordable apartments.
The facility is located at 401/601 NW 103 Avenue, which is adjacent to the City’s Southwest Focal Point Senior Center and is joined via a connector to enable the residential clientele to easily access the Center’s activities and services.
