Vacation

  • Two (2) weeks during the first five (5) years of employment
  • Three (3) weeks during the six (6) to ten (10) years of employment
  • Four (4) weeks after you have completed ten (10) years of employment

Special Days

  • One (1) Religious Day - Accrued October 1
  • One (1) Safety Day - on Anniversary (if earned)

Sick Time

  • Twelve (12) days a year (1 day per month)
    *After 480 hours, on October 1st, you can request payment for excess hours

Health Insurance with TPA with a choice of PPO OR EPO City pays 100% of employee coverage

  • EPO - Insurance covers 100% for physicians on plan, $5 co-payment
  • PPO - Insurance covers 90% of reasonable fees for physicians on plan, $200 annual deductible
  • Out of Network - Insurance covers 70% of reasonable fees for any physician chosen

Life Insurance

  • One times the employee's salary is provided for all employees at the City's cost.
