Charter Review Board
Meetings
The next Charter Review Board will be appointed in May of 2015.

Members
Five residents of the City are appointed by the mayor and commission every five years, for a period of one year.

Purpose
The Charter Review Board reviews the City’s Charter and makes recommendations to the City Commission to change, alter, amend, or revise the City Charter. The City’s Charter is similar to the State Constitution in that any changes to the Charter must be done by a vote of the people in a referendum election.
