Southwest Focal Point Community Center
The Southwest Focal Point Community Center is the central location in Pembroke Pines. Our 53,000 square foot facility offers a multitude of services geared to residents of southwest Broward County. The center includes an Adult Day Care program and is adjacent to our senior Housing complex. Other services provided at the center are Health Support and Nutrition. The Center also offers Activities and Classes during the day and evening too. They include educational, recreational and professional training programs. The Center is the site for many special City events including flea markets, antique & coin shows, arts & craft shows, annual open house, tea parties and much more.

Citizenship Classes are held at the S.W. Focal Point Community Center every Thursday morning from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. If you are interested, please call Juan Rodriguez at the Hispanic Unity at 954-964-8884, Extension #216.

S.H.I.N.E.
Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders offers assistance with your health insurance needs.  Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays at the SW Focal Point Community Center. Professional personnel is available to answer all your insurance needs and help you with future decisions. Please call 954-745-9567 for more information.

Membership
All interested individuals ages 18 and over are encouraged to visit our beautiful community center located in the heart of Pembroke Pines. Social Services staff and volunteers are available to conduct facility tours. Upon registration, all members receive a membership card and monthly events calendar.
