About City Center

Pembroke Pines City Center is a master planned mixed-use community within the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida. The project site is bound on the north by Pines Boulevard, on the east by Palm Avenue, on the south by the Washington Street right-of-way; located east of Hiatus Road. The site is adjacent to the City of Pembroke Pines City Hall. The City has been aggressively marketing City Center and has placed all of the acreage under contract. In addition, City Center is home to our iconic clock tower, Veterans Memorial and 911 Memorial.

Commercial Development
The City has contracted with luxury Real Estate Developer, Terra Group to develop an +/- 300,000 square foot lifestyle center along Pines Boulevard at the entrance to the City Center  project.  Phase 1 of the project is close to obtaining development approval and  will include retail, entertainment and restaurant uses. The commercial development looks to compliment the City's Civic and Cultural Center currently under construction.  For more information please call 305-416-4556.

Hotel Development
The City Center project has up to 350 hotel rooms available on the plat for development, please contact Terra Group/Courtelis for details

Residential Development
City Center has one multi-family project completed, another under construction and a third project in the planning process.

1.  Modera Pembroke Pines consists of 700 rental units over 27 acres. The project was developed in two phases by Mill Creek Residential Trust. For more information about Modera call 855-466-4384.

2. Town Pembroke Pines is being developed by the Related group. The project consists of  luxury 365 rental units on 11 acres. The project broke ground in late 2014 and should be completed in late 2015. For more information about Town call 954-300-2434.

3. Luxury real estate developer, Terra Group, is proposing the third multi-family project onsite. The project is in the early planning phases and could bring another 400 units to the City Center project.

Additional units are still available including 250 workforce high-rise units.
