CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES SOCCER PROGRAMS AND CAMPS: 

2010 SOCCER SUMMER CAMP:

Boys & Girls: 3 different age groups: 3 year olds only, 4 to 6 year olds, 7 to 14 year olds boys and girls. Registration: After March 1st, 2010 at the West Pines Soccer Park, 350 SW 196th Avenue. Cost: varies per age and days/weeks they enroll. Forms needed to register: Child's birth certificate or passport, current City of Pembroke Pines water bill, check book and parent's driver's license. Season runs: June 14th thru July 23rd, 2010. Camp runs: Monday to Friday: 8 to 12 is our ½ day camp. CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES 2010 FALL SOCCER LEAGUE

(New ages this year: Peewees (3 only: co-ed), Under 6, 8, 10, 12, 14. We will only have 4 teams per division. You must live in the City of Pembroke Pines to play in this league.  The 3 year olds play co-ed only (must be 3 during the months of August to October 2010.)  New this year, we have added on the Under 10, 12 & 14 boys and girls teams to the league. Registration date: June 5th, 2010 between 9 am to 4pm.  Registration will be held at the West Pines Soccer Park and Nature Preserve, 350 SW 196th Ave. (located off of Pines Blvd. behind the Hess Gas station on 196th Ave.). Registration Fee: $100 each child. Forms needed to register: Child's birth certificate or passport, a current City of Pembroke Pines water bill and parent's driver's license. Season runs: August 2nd to October 16th, 2010. Games and practices will be held at the West Pines Soccer Park and Nature Preserve, 350 SW 196th Avenue. Practices: Monday - Thursday's, one hour only. Games: Saturday's starting at 9am. All coaches, volunteers & referees are background checked & NAYS certified to coach. In order to become a coach you must complete a background check, get NAYS certified (we certify you) and do one on the field training class if you have never coached for us before. 2011 RECREATIONAL SPRING SOCCER LEAGUE

You must live in the City of Pembroke Pines to play in this league.  Boys & Girls teams, Ages 4 - 17 1/2 year old. Registration: September 11th & 18th, 2010. Cost: $ 125.00 per child. Forms needed to register: Child's birth certificate or passport, current City of Pembroke Pines water bill, check book and parent's driver's license. Season runs: January to May, 2011. Practices are Monday - Thursday's. Practice times vary.  Games are on Friday nights starting at 6:45pm on and Saturday's starting at 9:00am. All coaches, volunteers & referees are background checked & NAYS certified to coach. CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES

Adults 7 vs. 7 LEAGUES

REGISTRATION for all seasons held on dates listed below from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at West Pines Soccer Park, 350 SW 196th Avenue, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33029.   The following leagues noted below could be men’s, women’s or co-ed leagues.  Ages are only Over 30, 40, 50 for any age groups mentioned. Until registration occurs, we do not know what the title of the league will be. You must provide a current drivers license, current City of Pembroke Pines water bill and a check made out to the City of Pembroke Pines. Cost:  $650.00 per team or $50 per individual. Teams rosters are only 14 players, with 10 Pembroke Pines residents and 4 can be out of city players. ·      5th Season:  Registration on May 21st, 28th, & June 4th, 2010.  Season runs: August 6th to October 8th, 2010.

·      6th Season:  Registration on September 24th, October 1st, & October 8th 2010.  Season runs: November 6th to January 1st, 2011.

TO BECOME A COACH:
If you are interested in coaching a Soccer team please email or call Renee Nunez, immediately so that you can fill out the necessary paperwork. Volunteer coaches 14 years or older are always greatly appreciated for donating their times and expertise.

COACHING REQUIREMENTS:
You must have a background check done by the City of Pembroke Pines, plus take an NAYS class, to be certified to coach a team, put on by the soccer staff. You must provide the City with a passport photo ID’s to be used for your coaches ID badge. You must attend one on field training class before the season begins.

COMMUNITY SERVICE VOLUNTEERS:
To become a volunteer you must be a least 14 years of age and have completed an FDLE or background check done by the City of Pembroke Pines, coaches certification class put on by the soccer staff and attend one on field training classes before the season begins. You must also provide the City with one passport photos ID to be used for your coaches ID badges,
