MEMBERSHIP DUES

Dues for Crime Watch members are very minimal per year. One reason Crime Watch charges dues is to defray the administrative costs, such as decals, membership cards, street signs, postage, and other incidental expenses. Another reason Crime Watch charges dues is to give our members the feeling of buying into the organization, its mission, and its goal. The City of Pembroke Pines gives Crime Watch a supplemental grant that helps pay for the other expenses and keeps the program viable.

The schedule for dues falls into two categories: Resident and Merchant. Under Resident there are different ways to pay dues and become a member depending on your choice or where you live. Dues, whether for Resident or Merchant, is for the home unit or business location, not for each occupant or employee.
