In The News
Bicycle Patrol Team
The Pembroke Pines Police Department is excited to reintroduce our Bicycle Patrol Team (BPT)! The BPT is designed to enhance our officers’ patrol work through neighborhoods and shopping plazas where traffic congestion may limit movement & maneuverability for traditional police vehicles.
Throughout the holiday season, the BPT will be working in coordination with our agency’s Holiday Task Force to increase patrol in our residential communities and shopping plazas to prevent vehicle burglaries, package thefts, and other related crimes. Keep your eyes out for BPT officers in your neighborhood!
