Dynamic Gesture Drawing Workshop

This two-part class, led by artist Jill Lefkowitz, will teach you how to capture a model’s dynamic poses and movements.

In class one, emphasize the importance of fluid lines and capturing the essence of movement in rapid gesture sketches. Spend time reflecting on your sketches to prepare for class two, where you will bridge the gap between gesture drawing and painting by transforming your dynamic sketches into vibrant canvas artworks. Registration is required. Ages 18 and up only. $10 per person, non-refundable, materials provided.
