City Update/Re-Openings

MEDIA ALERT

Pembroke Pines, FL (October 10, 2024) -- The Pembroke Lakes Golf Club (10500 Taft Street) and the Pembroke Pines dog parks are open today. City of Pembroke Pines parks remain closed as they are being assessed. The City's residential solid waste hauler (Waste Pro) and bulk hauler (EWS) are working today (Oct. 10) as regularly scheduled - no pickup schedule changes due to Hurricane Milton.

CLOSED

Pembroke Pines City Administrative Offices (City Hall, Public Services, Community Services, Police/Fire (non-critical response personnel) and park locations including the Tennis Center will remain closed Thursday, October 10, 2024. The Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center will remain closed on Thursday. Buses (shuttle buses and senior transportation) will not be in operation on Thursday.
