Pembroke Pines, FL… October 3, 2017….The Sixth Annual Senior Spanish Spelling BEE held in recognition of National Hispanic Heritage Month, will take place on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at The Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center Campus located at 301 NW 103 Avenue in Pembroke Pines. Prizes are awarded to the First Place, Second Place and Third Place winners.  Those interested in participating in the BEE must be 18 years and older and registered member of The Center, membership is free.  Please register at the Activities Desk by Friday, October 6, 2017.
