February 8, 2020, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ The Frank C. Ortis Art Gallery
On February 8th, the Broward Cultural Division and the Frank will host two experts from Kickstarter Arts to advise and educate local institutions and individual artists on making their fundraising more marketable to an international market.
Kickstarter is a funding platform for creative projects: everything from films, games, and music to art, design, and technology. The Kickstarter Arts team works with visual and performing artists, arts organizations, and cultural institutions to help them realize ambitious projects. By bringing a global community of creators and supporters of the arts together, they champion ideas that break new ground, elevate meaningful dialogue, and offer imaginative opportunities for public engagement.
