The City of Pembroke of Pines continues to monitor the situation regarding the coronavirus known as COVID-19 and will adhere to guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and safety instructions from Florida Department of Health.

Parks and Recreation: 

  • All organized sports have been suspended through the Parks and Recreation Department. Dog parks are closed. All pools have been closed and swim lessons cancelled. Playgrounds are closed. All recreation centers and Towngate Park are closed, and programming and rentals have been cancelled.  Racquetball courts at WCY are closed, as well as the Fletcher Art Center and the River of Grass Art Park.
