Coming Soon! New Utilities Billing System and New Utility Bill Format 

City of Pembroke Pines Utility customers will soon notice a new and improved Utility Billing System.  This system will allow for accounts to be easily accessed and managed, enhancing the customer experience. This change is the result of the City’s efforts to provide world-class services in response to the community’s need for convenience, transparency, simplicity, and flexibility.

  • An enhanced full-page monthly utility bill  
  • Updated online customer experience with the introduction of the CITIZEN SELF-SERVICE (CSS) portal 
  • With the CSS, customers can sign-up for easy and convenient access to their utility account information 7 days a week, 24 hours a day 
  • The CSS portal will give customers the opportunity to review monthly consumption, billing, and financial history, pay their bills, sign up for auto-pay, print bills, and much more

  • How to read the new Utility bill
  • Where to locate a new utility account number
  • How to sign up for CSS and much more.
