Adult Day Care is a community-based service that assists frail and dementia-specific adults to remain living in their own homes with their family, or in an assisted living care situation for as long as possible. Independence is the goal for each adult day care participant.
Services are provided for seniors who do not wish to be alone at home and who want to participate and enjoy stimulating recreational activities. The staff is equipped to provide the service tailored to the needs of each individual. Services are provided in English, Spanish, and Creole.
The center provides health and social services in a congregate setting. A variety of services include health screening, recreation, activities of daily living, counseling, nutrition, and transportation. Respite to caregivers as well as a caregivers support group are also provided for all interested individuals. Monthly Activities Calendar
