The City of Pembroke Pines Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department welcomes residents and guests to enjoy a Free Jazz in the Pines concert on Sunday, May 22, 2022 featuring Shenita Hunt from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the plaza, at the Charles F. Dodge City Center located at 601 City Center Way in Pembroke Pines.  While enjoying the concert and outdoors, those visitors in attendance can set up both lawn chairs and recliners for utmost comfort, spread a blanket, grab some light snacks, refreshments and take in an enjoyable show with both family and friends. No pets are allowed.  All concerts are held weather permitting and are subject to change without notice.   The City of Pembroke Pines Art and Cultural Division has once again brought back Live Painting Artists that will accompany and complement the featured musician.  The live painting artist for this particular show is Marcos Conde.   

The family-friendly Jazz in the Pines concert series includes nine free concerts over the course of the calendar year, held on Sunday afternoons for all to enjoy.  For the most up to date special events information, please contact The City of Pembroke Pines Special Events Department at 954-392-2116
