Do you provide fingerprint services?

Fingerprints are available at 9500 Pines Boulevard on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 8:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.  No appointments necessary.  Requesters should bring their own fingerprint cards which can be obtained at no cost via the FBI's website (form FD-1164 or FD-258).  Please bring a government issued ID.  The cost for fingerprinting services is $10 per card for City of Pembroke Pines residents, and $15 per card for non-residents. Cash or check payments only.
